Our SILVER WORKZ class is especially designed for our mature customers. Four times a week (Mondays and Wednesdays in Bridge City and Tuesdays and Thursdays in Orange) you can enjoy fitness with friends and improve your health. 
New to the gym scene or just need a refresher course? We want you to feel comfortable training with our equipment and be familiar with all the amenities Body Workz has available.

ENJOY a protein packed refreshing smoothie after sweating it out! We make over 2 dozen smoothie combinations plus we have nutrition bars. Need a pre-workout boost? No problem. Just ask our friendly staff and they'll be happy to assist.
