Classes
All group fitness classes are one hour. We supply any necessary equipment. Please bring a towel and water bottle. Classes begin with a warm up and end with stretching and breathing to help you relax after a full workout. We look forward to seeing you in our aerobics classes.
FLOOR, CORE & MORE
Designed for upper/lower body training. Requires steps, weights, bands, and mats. Ideal for all ages and strength levels.
STEP & SCULPT
Sculpt, burn, & tone with upper and lower body interval training. The step adds a greater cardio challenge while combining muscle toning exercises to keep the fat burning and muscles engaged throughout the entire workout.
BOOT CAMP
Workout is conducted in a circuit format engaging upper and lower core muscles combined with agility.
INTERVAL TRAINING
High intensity interval training incorporating Tabata exercises. Class will include plyometric movements, weight training, and cardio.
STRENGTH TRAINING
System of conditioning involving lifting weights, especially for strength and endurance. It may include the use of barbells and dumbbells. Used to improve performance and general conditioning.
BUM DAY
Similar to our weight training class plus cardio is incorporated. Special attention is given to glutes and core.
FIT MAX
Involves a series of low- to high-intensity exercises interspersed with rest or relief periods. The high-intensity periods are typically at or close to anaerobic exercise, while the recovery periods involve activity of lower intensity.
FINISHER
Core strength, intense training, always changing...your body has to work to keep up...and the results will show!
SILVER WORKZ
Get Fit, Have Fun, Make Friends...A muscular strength and range of movement class working with mature adults of all fitness levels. Participants will have fun as they increase their strength, flexibility, and functional skills for improving daily living. Come join the FUN!
HIIT
Challenge yourself with this strength training circuit workout. This class implements weight machines, elastic tubes, free weights, your own body strength, and more to improve muscular strength and endurance.
