Certified through NETA, AFAA, and ISSA, Ella has over 20 years experience teaching aerobics and fitness classes.  Join her for intense weight training, cardio pumping, boot camp inspired classes.  You will walk away with a full blown sweat and a sense of accomplishment!

Certified through Fitour in Hatha Yoga and Group Fitness.  Also certified in Silver Sneakers Classic and Silver Sneakers Yoga through Healthways. She has taught Yoga for four years and enjoys seeing her students reach their full potential.  Regardless of your fitness level, challenge yourself with yoga because if you sit, you rust!

I am 47 years old and love fitness. I enjoy the social aspect, accountability, and consistency of the class setting! Most importantly, I have made wonderful relationships with the amazing people at Body Workz.

 

 

 

STACEY MILLICAN

They say when you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life.  That is certainly true for me.  As a wellness coach/personal trainer, I have worked with hundreds of people based on their goals and fitness levels.  This leads to a better quality of life through proper nutrition, mindset, stress management, and exercise.

​I became certified in personal training and group fitness with The American Council on Exercise (ACE) in 2006.  I graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science Management and a minor in Nutrition.  I also have a Level One Crossfit Certification.

​I have 16 years experience teaching group fitness classes including Crossfit, Yoga, Pilates, Boot Camp, Muscle Conditioning, Tabata, Bodypump, Spin, Kickboxing, Step, and Water Aerobics, as well as Senior and Children's Classes.

My training has allowed me to participate in numerous 5ks, 10ks, half-marathons, one full marathon, several sprint triathlons, Tough Mudder, and Spartan Races.
